Please select your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you don’t like the scent. If the product is faulty you are entitled to an exchange or credit.
Being a small local business, Customer Service is our number one priority. Please contact us via submission on our website or via instant message on our Facebook page if you have any issues with your order within 7 days of delivery. For any damaged goods we require photographs of any/all damaged product.
Items must be unused and in original packaging with labels affixed to be eligible for return. Contact us for returns address with your reason for return. You will be liable at this stage for return postage, however if a refund or credit is given then shipping will be covered by us.
Once we have received the goods back we will inspect them and email you with the outcome. If you do not contact us before posting items back you will not be eligible for a refund.
Any credit offered must be used within 12 months , and any refunds will be refunded back to the method in which you paid for the order.
